Kerry Ciejek is the founder of TalentVista and a Biotech Career Coach with 25+ years of experience spanning the full arc of the industry — from the bench to the recruiting desk to the executive table.

Kerry began her career in clinical labs, earning her BS in Biology from Fairfield University and spending 7 years running samples, following protocols, and learning what biotech work actually looks like from the inside. That foundation set her apart when she transitioned into talent acquisition — first spending 17 years in agency recruiting, placing talent at biotech companies across the industry, then going in-house as Head of Talent Acquisition at multiple biotech startups.

That insider experience is what makes TalentVista different. Kerry has spent decades on the hiring side of the table — reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, building recruitment programs, and making the decisions that shape careers. But unlike most recruiters, she also knows what the work itself feels like. She knows what biotech hiring teams are looking for, what holds talented candidates back, and what it takes to stand out in a competitive market.

Kerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Fairfield University, and completed advanced coach training through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), earning her Co-Active Coach® certification. She is also a licensed Insights® Discovery Practitioner.
