Meet Our Founder
Kerry Ciejek, founder of TalentVista, brings over 20 years of expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition. Her career spans both agency environments and in-house leadership roles, including serving as Head of Talent Acquisition for multiple biotech firms—giving her a well-rounded, employer-focused perspective. Kerry holds a Bachelor's degree from Fairfield University and completed advanced coaching training through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Having coached thousands of job seekers through every phase of the hiring journey, she’s uniquely positioned to empower candidates with the insights and strategies they need to succeed.
About a year ago I found out my job was moving to another state and after a difficult decision I decided not to follow my role with the company. Having been self-employed for 10 years and then with this company for 14 years the concept of starting over with a new resume and website was a bit overwhelming.
