About Kerry Ciejek
Kerry Ciejek is the founder of TalentVista and a Biotech Career Coach with 25+ years of experience spanning the full arc of the industry. She began her career in clinical labs, spent 17 years in agency recruiting placing talent across biotech, and went on to serve as Head of Talent Acquisition at multiple biotech startups. Kerry holds a BS in Biology from Fairfield University, a Co-Active Coach® certification from CTI, and is a licensed Insights® Discovery Practitioner. She brings scientific fluency, recruiting expertise, and professional coaching methodology to every session.
About a year ago I found out my job was moving to another state and after a difficult decision I decided not to follow my role with the company. Having been self-employed for 10 years and then with this company for 14 years the concept of starting over with a new resume and website was a bit overwhelming.
