Kerry Ciejek is the founder of TalentVista and a Biotech Career Coach with 25 years of experience inside talent acquisition and recruiting — including serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at multiple biotech startups.

Kerry holds a Bachelor's degree from Fairfield University and completed advanced coach training through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), earning her Co-Active Coach® certification. About a year ago I found out my job was moving to another state and after a difficult decision I decided not to follow my role with the company. Having been self-employed for 10 years and then with this company for 14 years the concept of starting over with a new resume and website was a bit overwhelming.
